The holiday season can be a time of running around, gathering with friends, family and colleagues from near and afar. It can also be easy to get lost in the busyness. After a while we might find it difficult to connect to others because we are experiencing a disconnect from ourselves. What will it take to claim yourself this holiday season? What will it take to claim the serene silence that calls to us in whispers? What would the benefits be of claiming that silent night (or in my case morning) be? What steps can we take to honor our sacred selves?
